SHIPPING
We currently ship to Australia only.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please make sure you have completed your payment process.
When we post your items, we mark them as “signature on delivery” for security reasons as well as a means of tracking your parcel. If you wish to provide an “authority to leave”, you will need to update your preferences on the Australia Post MyPost website.
How much will shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders to the value of $100 and over within Australia.
Please note, if coupons, discounts or other offers lower the value of the order below $100, free shipping will not apply.
All orders under $100 are charged at a flat rate of $12 for EXPRESS shipping within Australia.
How long will it take to receive my parcel?
We endeavour to process your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 72 hours upon receipt of payment.
We currently use Australia Post e-Parcel which takes approximately 3-10 business days. Express Post usually takes approximately 2 days to all of the major metro areas and Australian Capital cities. Regional areas outside of Express Post may take up to 2-5 days.
