We make every effort to ensure your product arrives to you in perfect condition. However, if your products are damaged, incorrect or defective in any way on delivery, please contact us on admin@songofsolomon.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a suitable remedy, such as a replacement or refund of the product.
If you wish to exchange a product due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect product being sent out, we will cover the shipping costs incurred upon returning the product, as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please contact us at admin@songofsolomon.com.au with the following details; order number, product ordered and date of delivery.
We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund for simply a change of mind on your purchase.
