1. Fill a hand or foot tub with warm water. Drop a "Disciple" Fizzy Soak bomb into the water. Scoop out a small amount (roughly 2 teaspoons) of "Heal 'n' Soul" Hand & Foot Scrub and set aside for later (step 2). Soak for around 20 minutes. Relax and breathe in the beautiful aromas.
2. Whilst the hands or feet are still wet, take the previously scooped scrub and massage into hands or feet, exfoliating in small, circular motions. Rinse with warm water and pat with a dry towel to remove excess water. Leave hands or feet slightly moist.
3. Massage a small amount of "Steadfast" Hand & Foot Balm into the skin until fully absorbed. For an intensive treatment and baby soft feet, apply liberally, put on clean socks and leave overnight.
